Linda Scholten is a debut author whose love for historical fiction runs deep—especially stories rooted in truth, memory, identity, and the indomitable strength of women. Inspired by her parents' experiences growing up in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands, Linda began writing Who We Think We Are after a simple conversation with her mother.
What started as a way to preserve family history soon evolved into a novel filled with the impact of buried secrets, the healing power that comes with uncovering the truth across generations, and emotional transformation.
